Poetry in Motion
Formerly known as MetroLines, the Poetry in Motion project continues
to be sponsored by AIT, now in partnership with the Poetry Society
of America's Poetry in Motion Program. AIT also maintains regional partnerships by working with River Styx and SIUE's sou'wester to continue to include Missouri and Illinois poets. Funding is provided
by the Regional Arts Commission (RAC) and the Missouri Arts Council (MAC). Missouri Poets for this year are Dana Delibovi and Catherine Rankovic. Illinois Poets for this year include Christian Wiman, Li-Young Lee, and Allison Joseph.
